Ayurvedic Hot Oil Head Massage

The Ayurvedic hot oil head massage is a profoundly calming, grounding, and rejuvenating experience that utilizes a specific combination of massage techniques and pressure points to release tension and cultivate a sense of inner serenity. The session involves gentle massage techniques applied to the scalp, neck, and shoulders—the areas most subject to stress—using warm, organic herbal oils. Specific facial massage techniques are used to support lymph, blood, and energetic flow, enhancing the skin’s natural radiance. This service is provided in our wellness room, where you'll also reap the benefits of our PEMF mat and red light therapy panels.

A key highlight of the experience is the soothing scalp massage with warm, herbal oils tailored to your individual needs—enhancing the shine, health, and strength of your hair while simultaneously calming the nervous system and inviting a deep sense of relaxation.

The Ayurvedic hot oil head massage includes all-natural products tailored to your individual skin needs. A therapeutic facial massage follows, combining a curated selection of tools such as mushroom-shaped opalite stones, kansa wand, and a signature manual technique, chosen to depuff, lift, and release facial tension.

Holistic Signature Facial

This deeply restorative, 60-minute session is a sensory ritual and skin therapy in one—offering both visible results and profound relaxation. Each session is customized in real time to meet your skin's unique needs.

Your experience begins with a deep double cleanse to purify the skin, followed by a warm, essential oil–infused towel to soften and prepare your complexion. Next, a gentle exfoliation brightens and renews the skin, leading into thorough manual and ultrasonic extractions to clear congestion and refine the skin’s texture.

A therapeutic facial massage follows, to depuff, sculpt, lift, and release facial tension.

While the mask works its magic, you’ll drift into a tranquil power nap beneath red light therapy panels, as healing wavelengths rejuvenate your skin from within. A soothing mini head massage is included to ease tension and deepen your relaxation.

High-frequency therapy may be used to calm inflammation, eliminate acne-causing bacteria, and improve overall circulation.

The revitalizing session concludes with a final ritual to seal in moisture and restore balance.

Please note: we kindly ask that you wait at least 4 weeks after receiving any cosmetic injections (such as fillers or Botox) before booking your session.  Thank you for your understanding.

What is PEMF?
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy is a system for pain management and the recovery from sports injuries, lower back pain, muscle aches and pains, headaches, nervous tension and stress, inflammation, improved immune system, high blood pressure and degenerative conditions related to aging.

How does PEMF work?
PEMF therapy uses pulsating magnetic frequencies (similar to grounding / having your feet in the earth or having your feet on sand) to deliver energy into your body's cells. This energy can help with healing by increasing ATP production (cellular energy), normalizing cell function, improving oxygen flow to tissues, and aiding in the removal of toxins from cells.

What is near infrared red light therapy?
When exposing your body to near-infrared light., This light is absorbed by your cells and triggers various biological responses. It helps stimulate the production of energy in your cells (ATP), which can promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. Additionally, red light therapy can enhance collagen production, leading to improved skin health and reduced signs of aging. Overall, the therapeutic effects of red light therapy occur at a cellular level, supporting the body's natural healing processes.

Near infrared light has the ability to penetrate deeper into the body, reaching tissues and muscles at a greater depth. This deeper penetration can provide additional benefits such as enhanced muscle recovery, improved athletic performance, and deeper tissue healing.
